Improvement for IMH

- Beds.
- Seriously the beds are like shit. Compare it with other hospitals and you'll see the 'amazing' difference.
- Cant keep axe oil and books with me
- No shelf no locker
- Bible take so long to give it to me
- Sister Ho is really a downright failure in being a caring nurse, flexible and non-rigid nurse.
- NC Nancy is worse.
- No cooked food to be bought for patients? Ridiculous.
- No newspaper allowed in the dormitory. Dormitory like jail. No curtains, no love, to make it homely.
No soft music playing in the background, no piano for us, no table tennis to play, no guitar for leisure. Everyday is a torture. Torturous cell. No pictures hung on the walls, the paint on the wall, is too bright - yellow. Change the colour to blue.
- Visitors are treasured and looked to! But they ban visitors?!?
- New uniforms a disgrace.
- When patient's eyes roll up, nurse jeslin tan chun hua dont understand them, shout at them,
- Nurse Tang Shi Wei, want to restrain me when my eyes roll up. She is a short fused nurse.
- When ppl don't wanna eat food, Nurse Tang Shi Wei and SN Jeslin Tan Chun Hua, handcuffed patient with their hands, and squeeze the whole spoon of food into a mouth closed tightly.
- Get permission to take a photo of the ward. Without the patients of course. See how the ward is like a jail. Rows and rows of bed, like an infantry campsite.
- NM Sister Ho wanted me to give her my writings. For an exchange. Disgraced that she didnt want the whole world to know what's she's doing?
- Can't get food from visitors or borrow visitor's phone.
- Disappointed. IMH, what kind of service is that.
- Shower head stuck on the walls, can't spray whereever we like. Afraid of suicide? We can take our blankets and hang our selves in the toilet! Why be afraid of suicide in the bathroom where so many people r queuing up for bathing?!???! We can even DRINK bathing liquid to DEATH even! Why hold back in giving us good things like a shower hose?!
- QSM dont even bother until I set up a petition online! Didn't even reply to my email, or call me when I continued feedback! Shows that I have to continue my petition to make an impact and have a say!
- Bathing is like a competition, have to rush through it because we have to be all out of the dormitory for breakfast and medicine.
- No shampoo! Bathing liquid used on head, make our hair so dry and tangled!!! Esp long hair!
- Bathroom no ledge to put our legs up to bathe.
- Everyday bathing is like a noisy war. Health Attendant Annie Woo Suet Heng shouts and commands around like a commando omg!
- And we wake up so EARLY TO bathe! Whaattt? Even i dont wake up so early to bathe every day and every morning! No flexibility of time!
- the ceiling sucks, the floor sucks
The light sucks, the toilet sucks, the toilet door sucks. Windows r like jail. Not transparent, black like hell, with wires. R we insane?
- once we r out of the dormitory, NO BEDS TO sleep in! No freedom of sleep! - I will lie on the floor!
- Mirrors dirty and not shiny.
- Not allowed to wear our own clothes. Why afraid of abscondment? You know each and every patient by face.!? Why patients wanna abscond? Because they spend TOO LONG in the hospital! And it's like Hell!
- seperate the sane vs insane. - so that we can have no glass barrier between patient and nurse at nurses' counter. No restrictions on phone. Phone available for all. In and out of dayspace everything.
- no TV in the dormitory.
- dont wanna sleep, force us to sleep
- C class wards like hell.
- it's good to petition what, it shows that people r on the side of good service.
- chinese food just as sucky
- can't use phone in the ward! Isolation and cut off from the world?
- Long stay ward by right they should allow phones! Cos they should get better after SUCH A LONG time in the ward! EATING such a long time of medicine! Won't get well? To enjoy a fulfilling life? Shows that psychiatric medicine and methods are like shit! Long stay = 5 years, 42 years, 25 years! What the shit!?
- no one to talk to, bored as hell. when i want to get attention, they label me as pestering. And revoke my "privileges". What kind of shit is that?!?
- the last talk with QSM was like they r rushing through, ended early, just talked for a while only.
- as much as QSM want to and would love to address my issue, i want the whole world to know what actually happened before.
- talk to them, nurse ignore as like shit.
- breakfast always eat the same shit bread and kaya/butter + milo/coffee. No eggs, no soon kueh, no porridge no shit.
- main course no mee rebus.
- no fried chicken available. This is a mental hospital, not a physical illness hospital, so no issues on high cholestrol etc. it's the issue of making as mentally satisfied, happy.
- no prayer room, no religious counsellor.
- no oranges as fruits. Same old banana. No mangosteen as treats. Kiwi etc.
So many restrictions, so many pain. How can one not be SUICIDAL????? When sent there ALL THE TIME????? End it all!!!!!
